I loved my purchase. The quality is great, and it came in beautiful packaging as well. The only downfall was that the dark brown color I ordered makes it very difficult to even see the black printed on it. While ordering, the picture that was generated for the customization was readable, however in-person it’s really difficult to differentiate the black ink with the person’s name from the dark brown color offered.
I ordered the passport cover and luggage tag set b/c leather is for the 3rd anniversary. I was very pleased they came beautifully packaged, they were personalized as I'd requested, and they were delivered within 10 days. It may have actually only been a week. I only wish the heart would have been red like in the mock up. It's not a complaint and they said it may not be exactly the same so I have no regret. The items are still beautiful.

I loved that we had several font styles from which to choose in designing the gift. The items came in a lovely gift box with a silver tie. All I had to do was give the gift to her. I was very proud to give her this gift and she was really delighted to have it. I highly recommend this company if you want to give your special traveller a lasting, meaningful gift.
A bit pricey but turned out great. The seller was great, answered all of my questions almost immediately, was able to us my custom logo and I received the items in less than a week. Which makes up for the price. My boss will love his Christmas present 💕
