The Story Behind Danique Jewelry
Danique Jewelry was inspired by my daughter, Danique, who was born in 2011.
While pregnant with her and raising my two sons, I began making jewelry as a hobby for friends and family. What started as small projects at my kitchen table with beads and wire slowly turned into something much bigger.
After long days at my regular job, I would come home and create jewelry late at night after putting the kids to bed. When Danique was born, her spark and personality inspired me to pursue what I truly loved - designing family-inspired jewelry using beautiful stones and quality materials.
From Kitchen Table to Global Customers
I officially launched Danique Jewelry on Etsy on February 19, 2012.
Like many small businesses, the journey has been full of experimentation, lessons, and growth. Some designs I thought would be popular didn’t take off, while others unexpectedly became best sellers.
Through years of creativity, customer feedback, and dedication to craftsmanship, Danique Jewelry has grown into a thriving brand known for handmade personalized jewelry and meaningful gifts.
Our Team Today
Today, Danique Jewelry is supported by a small but talented team of 6-10 artisans and team members, along with my husband and sons who still help whenever needed.
Together we carefully craft each order in our Boston studio, ensuring every piece meets our high standards of quality and care.
We are incredibly grateful to spend our days creating custom jewelry for families, couples, and gift-givers around the world.
