How does the Mom and kids lariat design work?

The top teardrop gemstone can represent Mom or Grandma, while the cascading gemstones below can represent her children or grandchildren. Each lower birthstone can be paired with an engraved name charm to create a personalized family tree necklace.

What can be engraved on the name charms?

Each oval name tag can be engraved on one side with a name or script initial. The maximum recommended engraving is 10 characters per charm.

What size are the gemstones and name tags?

Each faceted teardrop birthstone measures approximately 9 x 13 mm. The coordinating oval name tags measure approximately 11 x 7 mm.

Can I add another child or grandchild later?

Yes. Additional birthstone pendants and engraved name charms are available so the necklace can grow with your family. We recommend sending the original necklace back to our studio when adding new pieces so we can best coordinate their placement and appearance.
