Ok so where do I begin!? My daughter was running her first 26.2 marathon and we wanted something special as a gift afterwards. I saw their bracelets and charms and they looked gorgeous! I reached out and got an answer super quickly I sent it back and they added some length for me and shipped it back super fast. I ordered this same bracelet once before right after my boy crossed the rainbow bridge and was always happy with how it looked and felt on my wrist. After a couple of years, I accidentally dropped it down the drain and didn't want to tear out the plumbing to get it back, so I ordered another one. The original one had started to fade a bit, but that's to be expected with this type of metal, especially when I only took it off for bathing or swimming. Wearing it makes me feel that my Cooper is still next to me, so if I mess up this one somehow, I'm sure I will order another one. Thanks for the timely delivery and good service.
