It is perfect! The customer service was excellent and I received the phone case very fast! I ordered the honey with my name…it fits my phone comfortably and secure! Love!
Bought this iPhone case thinking it would fit iPhone 14 Pro as advertised. It does not fit a 14 Pro. Asked for an exchange or refund and only received a 20% of voucher for future order. It was monogrammed so they couldn’t return it. The description literally says “Personalized Leather Phone Case, Monogram iPhone 13/13 Pro iPhone 14/14 Pro iPhone 15/15 Pro Leather Phone Case, Customized Name Phone case”. There is not an option to select a certain phone.

As discussed in our email conversation, your order requsted an iPhone 13 case, with the option to change the iPhone design in the "Other Details" tab in the personalization menu.
